Founded in 1991 with its first factory in Maamoura, the company opened its first branch in 1993 and rapidly expanded into wholesale bread production. By 1995, it had introduced a pastry department, adopted French flour, and enhanced its expertise through professional training. Over the years, it continued to grow with new departments, factory upgrades, and advanced production lines, alongside steady branch expansion across Lebanon, from Beirut to the Bekaa and beyond.
